March is a month of renewal as the first colors of spring are reborn. For that reason, March is also a great month for the ABQ BioPark Botanic Garden in Albuquerque, New Mexico!
To start off the month of March with a flurry of color and heavenly scents, the ABQ BioPark is presenting the March Madness Flower Show in the Mediterranean Conservatory. This spacious greenhouse setting which will be blooming with shamrocks, red and orange anthurium, firecracker flowers, multi-colored bromeliads, kangaroo paws, pink cyclamen and more! Tulips, Cherry Blossoms & More!
There’s more! We can expect tulips and other early spring flowering bulbs in the outdoor gardens at the BioPark Botanic Garden as the month progresses. Visit the Spring Blooms at the Garden web page for more info.
But wait, there’s even more! A special feature of the Japanese Garden are blossoms of the five varieties of flowering cherry trees that will emerge during the month of March.
